Check-in is 4:00 pm, and check-out is noon. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact our Front Desk Team in advance so that we may try to accommodate your request. Departures after 3:00 p.m. incur an additional half-day charge and departures after 6:00 p.m. incur an additional one night's charge.

Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. Please make arrangements for early arrival or late check-out in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.

We offer self-parking at $15 per night with in-and-out privileges.

In our guestrooms, we have windows that can open to allow fresh air flow and change out the HVAC filter every month. Rendition has an outdoor patio offering an al fresco dining option during your stay.

Overnight stays include a hot buffet breakfast at Rendition. Available daily from 7 AM – 10 AM serving fresh breakfast favorites including scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, seasonal vegetarian offerings, fruit, and more. A la carte menu items available for an additional fee. Exclusions may apply. Buffet available to non-hotel guests for $15 per person.


Reservations must be canceled by 4:00 pm 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund if your room rate has a deposit. Reservations canceled after 4:00 pm 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax.

Dogs are welcome at Hotel Interurban for a non-refundable fee of $40 per stay, limit is two dogs. Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability. Advance reservations are required, and all stays including a canine must adhere to our dog guidelines.

Hotel Interurban is a non-smoking facility.


They are 10.1% sales tax and 2.4% lodging tax, plus $2 Seattle Southside tourism fee.

At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate plus tax and an additional $50 USD per night in anticipated incidental charges. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, and tax, plus $50 per night for incidentals, must be presented upon check-in. You may pay your final amount owed via credit card or cash upon departure. If you will not be checking in, but would like to pay for a guest's stay, please contact reservations at 866.246.3446. Guests are not required to settle their account with the credit card used at time of check-in.

We currently do not offer room service however, take away breakfast items are available from Urban Roast beginning at 6:00 AM daily. Dinner take away options are available from Rendition from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily. The front desk can provide a list of nearby restaurants offering takeout.

Our indoor heated swimming pool is open 5:00 am to 11:00 pm, and is perfect for a session of family fun or for getting in some laps when exercise is your priority.
