GENERAL

Check-in is 4:00 pm, and check-out is noon. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact our Front Desk Team in advance so that we may try to accommodate your request. Departures after 3:00 p.m. incur an additional half-day charge and departures after 6:00 p.m. incur an additional one night's charge.

Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. Please make arrangements for early arrival or late check-out in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.

For the safety of our guests and team members, we have temporarily suspended our complimentary shuttle service to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport until further notice. Please contact the hotel directly for updates at 253.277.9705. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We offer self-parking at $15 per night with in-and-out privileges. For the safety of our guests and team members, we have temporarily suspended valet parking services. We also provide electric car charging stations and Tesla Destination charging stations for an additional $12 per night, inclusive of tax.

Yes, the front desk will hold them for you until you're ready.

Rollaway beds and pack-and-plays are available with advance notice.

Each additional person is $20 per night— a maximum of four people per room.

In our guestrooms, we have windows that can open to allow fresh air flow and change out the HVAC filter every month. Waterleaf Restaurant & Bar has an outdoor patio offering an al fresco dining option during your stay.

POLICIES

  • To address the current COVID-19 situation, we've adapted our cancellation policy for any reservation through September 30, 2020 can be changed or canceled without penalty by 4:00 pm 24 hours prior to arrival. Please call our reservations team at 206.278.7800 to make changes or cancellations.
  • For new bookings after September 30, 2020, reservations must be canceled by 4:00 pm 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund. Reservations canceled after 4:00 pm 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax.

Dogs are welcome at Hotel Interurban for a non-refundable fee of $40 per stay. Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability. Advance reservations are required, and all stays including a canine must adhere to our dog guidelines.

Hotel Interurban is a non-smoking facility.

RESERVATIONS

They are 10% sales tax and 2.4% lodging tax, plus $2 Seattle Southside tourism fee.

At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate plus tax and an additional $50 USD per night in anticipated incidental charges. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, and tax, plus $50 per night for incidentals, must be presented upon check-in. You may pay your final amount owed via credit card or cash upon departure. If you will not be checking in, but would like to pay for a guest's stay, please contact reservations at 866.246.3446. Guests are not required to settle their account with the credit card used at time of check-in.

AMENITIES
