  • To address the current COVID-19 situation, we've adapted our cancellation policy for any reservation through September 30, 2020 can be changed or canceled without penalty by 4:00 pm 24 hours prior to arrival. Please call our reservations team at 206.278.7800 to make changes or cancellations.
  • For new bookings after September 30, 2020, reservations must be canceled by 4:00 pm 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund. Reservations canceled after 4:00 pm 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax.

They are 10% sales tax and 2.4% lodging tax, plus $2 Seattle Southside tourism fee.

At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate plus tax and an additional $50 USD per night in anticipated incidental charges. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, and tax, plus $50 per night for incidentals, must be presented upon check-in. You may pay your final amount owed via credit card or cash upon departure. If you will not be checking in, but would like to pay for a guest's stay, please contact reservations at 866.246.3446.
